RSIC

RSIC-1
  • Sound Transmission Class (STC) rating of 56, a full 19 STC pts greater than similar wall assemblies without RSIC-1. (RAL Report 209)
  • Experience with the RSIC-1 has recorded remarkable improvements of up to an additional 20 STC pts on walls.
  • Not only is the RSIC-1 silencing the competition with noise elimination, the RSIC-1  is classified by UL.
  • UL Classification in over 150 Fire Resistive Design Assemblies. Up to 4 (four) hour Rated Systems.
  • Quiet and safe - what a nice combination

    RSIC-1

The RSIC-1 wall systems give you a higher performing wall (vs. Generic wall assemblies), while saving you money and reducing wall thickness. The RSIC-1 wall systems are the highest performing, fire rated wall systems per dollar spent.

The RSIC-1™ is designed for use with various framing designs and applications. The RSIC-1™ decouples the Gypsum Board from the framing in wall and floor ceiling assemblies. The RSIC-1 has been acoustically tested, and adds 15 to 20 STC an IIC pts to your existing assemblies. Reducing the noise transfer by 75 to 100%.

RSIC-DC04
               RSIC-DC04

The RSIC-DC04™ and RSIC-DC04X2™ are very versatile products. The most common use is the decoupling of wall systems. The design of the RSIC-DC04™ can be used in new construction or retrofit. The RSIC-DC04X2™ is twice as strong as the RSIC-DC04™ for use when heavy items need to be acoustically decoupled for noise isolation. Below are some examples of the possible uses for the RSICDC04.

  • Dropped Ceiling
  • Garage Door Motor Isolation
  • Garage Door Rail Isolation
  • Decoupled connector for isolating walls built within another wall
  • Speaker Isolators
  • Vent Fan Isolators
  • Recessed Lighting Isolators
  • Projector Mount Isolators
  • Electrical Box or Ceiling Fan Isolators
